November_Rain_033: Spot in Chinatown He still wishes he hadn’t known her. She sat on the sidewalk. Eating her favorite asian delicacy. He knew what it was but he’d rather not specify what it was. But it was delicious eaten with vinegar. Sticks littered the street beneath her feet. She finished her share and motioned the vendor to bring her some more. It was worse that getting drunk. She drank when she was happy. She looked for something happy when she wasn’t. He had tried asking but he already knew before he began that that would not lead him anywhere. Raine went back to the pool alone, somehow, her fear of underwater creatures waning making way to her fear of being replaced. November_Rain_011: Floating Around His Life (Raine) Sometimes I float around the pool at night in a building a whole city away from my house, when everybody is at the point of sleeping. This particular night, the sixth day of the month, the rain beats at the glass windows. I am not quite sure why I am not worried of how I am going to go home. The business district is almost isolated and I don’t have a car. But somehow… I could not care less… I looked out the window and watched the blur that was the cars, drive by on the streets.
